TEAM CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Check in will occur on Saturday, May 2 from 6:30am-1:15pm
All of the following information must be included:
1. Signed and notarized medical release forms for all players
2. Copy of players' birth certificates
3. Laminated player cards for all players
4. 2 copies of your roster
5. Guest player forms
6. Travel permit (if applicable)
FIELD CHECK IN
Each team is required to bring their player cards to each match. While players won't be checked in, a field marshall will hold your player cards until all debris and trash from the benches are clear.
